Early Career Program

Avery Dennison’s Early Career Program (ECP) turns new graduates into associates with the chance to learn what it takes to rise to the top. Through internships and full time opportunities, the program creates meaningful experiences that aid in career development. The program includes specific streams for Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial Sales and other support functions.

North America Early Career Program

Still in school? Extend your knowledge outside of the classroom and get real world experience through the 10-week internship program. You will have impactful projects, a mentor, and a training curriculum focused on soft skill development and in-depth company knowledge. Co-op opportunities to work throughout the school year are also available.  Areas of focus: Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, IT, Sales and R&D. 

Newly Graduated? Build your career in the full time ECP program. In this rotational program, new associates will hold multiple roles to build management and global expertise, while customizing their own career development. Throughout the program, full-time ECPs will have a mentor, peer buddy. and a guided training program.

Beyond management skills, associates will get to network while taking advantage of the functional training curriculum. Associates will gain a well-rounded perspective critical to effective communication and leadership skills that cross boundaries and contribute to a successful business strategy.

Hiring Period:
We post and recruit for internships and Early Career opportunities from August until all roles are filled. Interns and ECPs will begin their roles the following Spring/Summer. All open positions will be posted on the recruiting page throughout the year and are opened until filled.
